Cherry Margarita

This is a wild take on the classic Margarita. We first had this in of all places…an Italian restaurant. You never know where inspiration will occur! Lots of ingredients in this sweet and decadent version so buckle up and get your cocktail shaker ready.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Luxardo Marashino Liqueur
1/2 oz Luxardo Cocktail Cherry Syrup
1/4 oz Lime Juice
4 oz Agalima Margarita Mix or Sour Mix

Instructions

This makes a larger volume drink than normal as margarita glasses are huge! The additional sour volume makes the drink less boozy, but if boozy is your think…pump those tequila numbers up. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Serve in a margarita glass or coupe. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and lime wedge with a Tajin rim.
